Check in/check out
Check ins will be from 3 to 5 pm. Check out is at 11 am. Please let us know if you want to check in earlier or later than the set times. We will try to accommodate your arrival time and departures depending on room availability. If you arrive after 5 pm there will be self check-in, directions will be delivered via email.
Reservations and room deposit
Upon booking, and reserving your stay, your card will be charged a 50% deposit. The remaining balance will be charged after your departure. We accept debit and credit cards.
Guests will receive a full refund for their booking up until 7 days before their arrival. The guest will be charged for half of their booking total if they cancel in the window less than 7 days before arrival. No show reservations will be billed for the entirety of their booking. There are no refunds for guests who decide to depart early during their stay. We are a small business with limited rooms. Cancellations and early departures impacts our business and we lose the opportunity to offer the room for others to enjoy.
Guests must be 21 years of age or older. Additionally, no pets are allowed.
There is a free private parking lot adjoined to the Pearl Inn which guests are allowed to use during their stay at the Pearl Inn. Each room can use two parking spaces.
The room capacity for one room is no more than 2 persons.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am in common areas. This does not include music, watching movies or television within your room. But we ask that you keep it at a volume that will not disturb other guests.
Outside visitors are more than welcome to the premises. We ask that you please notify the staff if you decide to have company that are not staying with us during your stay. Visitors must be accompanied by their host at all times.
Given that the Pearl Inn is a historic home, we do not have ramps or elevators. If you have trouble navigating stairs, your stay could be more difficult as the 5 rooms are on the 2nd floor.
Smoking and vaping are allowed in the designated areas outside but not in or around the Inn. Smoking must happen at least 25 feet away from the building access points including doors and windows (RCW 70.160.075). This is to ensure health and comfort for our guests and staff.
Personal privacy is taken very seriously. We value your comfort during your stay at the Pear Inn. Each room has a designated entry code. These codes are reset and auto generated and changed after one’s stay. Please do not share codes with other guests who are not staying in your room or outside visitors.
